ADHIKR

(Al-Alaq) 96 : 15
كَلَّا لَئِنْ لَمْ يَنْتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًا بِالنَّاصِيَةِ

Not so; if he doesn’t cease, We will surely drag him by the forelock.
